By accessing our Website, requesting a quote, making a reservation, or using any of our transportation services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Everest Executive Transportation LLC provides luxury chauffeured ground transportation throughout Massachusetts and the Northeastern United States.
Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Airport Transfers
- Executive & Corporate Transportation
- Point-to-Point Service
- Hourly Chauffeur Service
- Wedding Transportation
- Prom Transportation
- Hotel Transportation
- Cruise Port Transfers
- Long-Distance Transportation
- Group Transportation
- Private Event Transportation
All services are subject to vehicle availability, scheduling, weather conditions, traffic, operational requirements, and applicable laws.
- Reservations
Reservations may be made through our Website, by telephone, email, or through an authorized reservation platform.
A reservation is considered confirmed only after written confirmation has been issued by Everest Executive Transportation LLC.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any reservation when necessary for operational, legal, safety, or business reasons.
- Pricing
All pricing is based upon the itinerary provided during the booking process.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Extra stops
- Route modifications
- Waiting time
- Additional passengers
- Parking
- Tolls
- Airport fees
- Holiday service
- Child safety seat requests
- Vehicle damage
- Cleaning fees
- Additional requested services
Quoted prices are estimates unless otherwise stated in writing.
Changes requested after confirmation may result in revised pricing.
- Payment
Payment is generally required at the time of booking unless written billing arrangements have been approved.
By submitting payment information, you authorize Everest Executive Transportation LLC to charge the payment method provided for transportation charges and any additional authorized fees associated with your reservation.
Corporate accounts may receive invoice billing under separate written agreements.
- Airport Transportation
Passengers are responsible for providing accurate airline, flight number, arrival time, and terminal information.
Where valid flight information is supplied, we monitor commercial flight arrivals and adjust chauffeur dispatch times whenever reasonably possible.
Flight monitoring does not guarantee uninterrupted service during severe weather, airport closures, airline disruptions, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Complimentary Waiting Time
Unless otherwise agreed:
Airport Pickups
- Domestic Flights: Up to 60 minutes complimentary wait time.
- International Flights: Up to 90 minutes complimentary wait time.
Non-Airport Pickups
- Up to 15 minutes complimentary waiting time.
Additional waiting time will be billed according to current service rates.
- Reservation Changes
Reservation modifications remain subject to availability.
Changes involving pickup location, destination, passenger count, vehicle selection, or schedule may result in additional charges.
While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate changes, last-minute modifications cannot be guaranteed.
- Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellation requirements vary depending upon the reservation type.
Reservations canceled outside the applicable cancellation period may incur cancellation charges.
Passengers who fail to appear, provide incorrect pickup information, leave the pickup location without notifying dispatch, or exceed the complimentary waiting period without communication may be classified as a No-Show.
No-Show reservations may be billed for the full reservation amount.

- Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers agree to:
- Wear seat belts where required by law.
- Follow all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
- Treat chauffeurs respectfully.
- Supervise minors.
- Ensure luggage is appropriate for the selected vehicle.
- Maintain appropriate behavior throughout the journey.
Passengers remain responsible for every individual traveling under their reservation.
- Child Safety
Children must be transported using legally approved child restraint systems in accordance with Massachusetts law.
Customers are responsible for requesting child safety seats during booking unless otherwise arranged.
Failure to comply with child safety requirements may result in cancellation of service.
- Passenger Conduct
For the safety and comfort of everyone, passengers may not:
- Smoke or vape inside Company vehicles.
- Consume illegal drugs.
- Carry prohibited weapons or hazardous materials.
- Damage Company property.
- Harass chauffeurs.
- Interfere with safe vehicle operation.
- Exceed vehicle occupancy limits.
The Company reserves the right to immediately terminate service if passenger conduct creates safety concerns or violates applicable laws.
- Vehicle Damage
Passengers are financially responsible for damage caused by themselves or members of their party.
Professional cleaning, repairs, detailing, vehicle downtime, or replacement costs resulting from passenger damage may be charged to the payment method associated with the reservation where permitted by law.
- Pets
Service animals are always welcome in accordance with applicable law.
Non-service animals require prior approval and must be transported safely.
Any cleaning or damage resulting from transporting pets remains the customer’s responsibility.
- Lost Property
Although we make every reasonable effort to return lost belongings, Everest Executive Transportation LLC cannot guarantee recovery of items left inside vehicles.
Recovered property may be returned at the customer’s expense.
- Website Use
You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes.
You may not:
- Attempt unauthorized access.
- Upload malicious software.
- Copy Website content without permission.
- Interfere with Website functionality.
- Misrepresent your identity.
- Violate applicable laws while using the Website.
We reserve the right to suspend Website access for misuse.
